On a fully gazed garden of 1600m 2 without opposite, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool ( from April to October depending on the weather) The large luxury and pool house with its large wooden terrace and sun loungers, all protected by a barrier approved for the safety of the little ones. The living room of 100m2 facing south is bathed in light thanks to the veranda. The dining room is open to the kitchen with the possibility of comfortably accommodating 16 people. It gives access to the covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The villa has 6 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor) and 4 bathrooms. For your comfort, sheets and duvet covers are provided and beds are made on arrival. We do not have towels but can offer to rent if necessary. The proximity of the bike path will allow you to reach the beach by bike in complete safety. We provide free of charge 8 adult bikes (and 2 baby seat) as well as a ping pong table. You will also find a nautical center on the lake for kayak/ paddle.

Cleaning at the end of your stay, tourist tax and electricity (at the actual consumption) in addition to the price of the stay
